 Hallo guys welcome to my blog ,today as usual will tell you from to kitchen go back to home.still like yesterday we one line in the cold kitchen.we absent and pray together,than we explain about menu for today.we back to the section and take out all preparean.

than we cleaning we section,still like yesterday we doing only with supervisior,menu for today japanese food we i got section main course,at 11.30 open resto.today went well ,at 13.30 close resto and we do general cleaning cold kitchen.

and then we break and while waiting for the dry floor eating together .today we did genral cleaning big.at 14.00 we one line for devision section which will be cleaned.and then we entered the classroom by chef aldino.chef aldino discuss the training ground.and then some minute we get out and genral cleaning again.
