Hello friends welcome back to my blog as usual, I will tell you the beginning of my arrival until I come home, today we make chinese food. I got the soup, we first put one line in front of the kitchen and went in and put the bag for the locker, after that we one line back in the main kitchen then as usual we pray and then absent. After that we explain a little about the menu today and we immediately do it. We took out all prepaid today part of our soup do not immediately do as we wait for chef aldino.

While waiting for the chef aldino to come we prepare for tomorrow. The menu for tomorrow is Thai food that we get the appetizer portion, the Thai Beef Appetizer salad.we started preparing like wrapped cabbage. We packed all the preparations and took them to the chller. Unlike the usual restaurants today open slow no obstacle what. while I wait for my open restaurant to clean all the equipment that needs to be cleaned. at 13.00 we made soup "traditional egg stew" soup in chinese wock. Once everything goes in and has been given a sense we move to pot stock.

After that we clean and set the part to be ready to receive the order. At 14.00 resto open, for today there are no obstacles at all everything went smooth today that out the soup to the restaurant as much as 40 pax soup for today. After the lid we go back to every part and clean it all up. Then we clean in general as usual, we wipe from top to bottom, and after we finish istirhat, while sitting outside we eat together and while waiting for the dry floor. after all we finish one line and ready to be ready to go home.
