Hallo guys welcome to my blog. As usual I will tell you the beginning I came until I came home, today is still like yesterday we are still doing all the activity just in the cold kitchen, because until now pak ical still angry so what can we only make do all the activity in the cold kitchen. Today we are one line in the cold kitchen and without leverage from our lecturers directly do the doing with the direction of the supervisor.
We took all the preparations out of the chiller and started heating the oil. While waiting for the open resto we prepared for sushi our group got the main course section for tomorrow with the sushi menu ie japanese food.kami make saucenya ie barayaki and teriyaki, we also mebersihkan shrimp for sushi, at 12.00 open resto and utuk today appetizer smoothly, which came out as much as 36 pax.
After that 13.30 close resto and we cleaned our area and put all the preper into the chiller, and immediately did the general cleaning, then we went out to rest, as usual while we wait for the dry floor we eat together. At 4:00 pm it's all done, then we are all ordered to clean the walking chiller.dan at 19:40 we are one line and closed by pak ical and after that we go home.
