DAILY ACTIVITIES VERSI IGGRIS

Hallo guys welcome back to my blog, this time i will tell you start from prepare until doing, not like usual today is mid test so we do the job with group and we help each other. Still like last yesterday, we do mid test about table d'hote and my group got rotasi 1.4, the menu is :
- Beef Pate
- Clam Chowder
- Spaghetti Bolognese
- Baked Custard Tart
- Brioche
At wednesday we do prepared for all, at that day we made foods that we have to and we got problem in brioche, this is the first time we made brioche, the brioche is proofing for one night, made custard tart, and boiled pasta. Then we do the general cleaning. At Thursday i came to campus faster that before because today was mid semester. After i arrived in kitchen, i put out all the ingredients that have been we prepared.
While reheat the bolognese sauce we waiting for Chef Aldino. After Chef Dino coming we one line and his explained a little about the rules in mid test. At 11.00 all is ready and we explain in restaurant and office. Open resto started at 12.00 and there is no problem. At 13.30 close order and we cleaning our working area. And at 14.00 we do the general cleaning
