Hallo guys welcome to my blog, today is last day of practical before mid test,as usual i will tell you from i came to kitchen until go back to home.Today i got main course section,today the main course is fillet dori of meunire,potatoes au gratin,glaze vegetable.first i blanch carrot than i prepared for bechamel sauce.

While waiting open resto i cooked rice for fried rice,and than i moved rice to container.And than chef aldino made frice rice,at 12.00 open resto i back to my section,we prepared 50 pack,we got order 24 pack,we dont get problem.

At 13.30 close resto,main corse that came out to restaurant is 32 pack,than we back to our section and cleaning our working area, than we one line for a little announcement about how to keep ingredients in chiller.after that we do the general cleaning while waiting floor the dry we eat together.
