Hallo guys welcome back to my blog,today as usuali will tell you form i came to kitchen until go back to home.Today the first day mid test.As usual we one line and prayers and absent.Today change recipi before that i tough we were to make chinese food,changed with japanese food.
Menu for tomorrow
-Okonomiyaki
-Miso soup
-Sushi
-Dorayaki
Today my grup got dessert section Dorayaki.Chef Aldino explain for menu today,and Chef Aldino explain for rules today we must prepare as soon as possible,because che aldino want us to do the general cleaning faster than before.After that were back in to our section.we made dorayaki and azuki paste.How to make dorayaki first egg and sugar mix until well using ballon whisk,add flour little by little then poured fresh milk and salad oil mix until well.Wrapped and keep in chiller.
And then we made azuki paste first boil red beans using boiling water until the red beans soft,lift and strain,cook back red beans with litle water and sugar,let the sugar dissolve lift and mixing us mixing dough until red beans smooth move inside the bowl wrapped and keep in chiller.at 13.30 we general cleaning.today general cleaning faster than before.And then we break,we go to back at 15.00.we entered the classroom we were watching together at 17.00 we one line and back to home.
