Hello guys welcome to my blog.Today us usual i will tell you i came until i back to home.today not us usual we one line to the cold kitchen,because we are having problems with Mr.ical so for this week we do all the activity in the cold kitchen not maen kitchen.Today is first practice in this week.i got section appetizer ,appetizer indonesian food "Bitch Kote".

we prepared all ingredients jalang kote for tomorrow,first i prepared for ingredients dough that is,flour.egg.vegetable oil,coconut milk,and papper.first straight dough method flour and salt ,and than put the egg and coconut milk litle by litle mix well.and then put the vegetable oil litle by litle.

And we prepared for stuffing bitch kote,as carrot,potatoes,leek,toge and soun.and then peel as the ingredients then cut.and then blanch all ingredients expect soun and leek.and than saute all ingredients give salt and papper.then how to made bitch kote after the finish bitch kote in put container and put into the chiller because tommoror bitch kote in friyed.at 13.30 we general cleaning in the cold kitchen and butcher.at 19.45 we one line and back to home.
