DAILY ACTIVITIES VERSI B.INGG

Hallo guys welcome back to my blog, today was the second day in practical week,as usual will tell you form came to kitchen until go back to home.We got section dessert and made Dorayaki.We out All prepared in chiller.after that we one line in the kitchen and chef aldino explaind about prepared for tommorow is menu for tommorow is chinese food.and we got section maincourse Beef rice bowl.

After that we back in my section for back made Dorayaki,we take saute pan for panfraid Dorayaki.While panfraid Dorayaki,we prepared for tomorrow Beef rice bowl,Beef rice bowl is food chinese food .we prepared vegetable for Beef rice bowl,vegetable is carrot,cauliflower,brocoli and slice onion.After that we made black papper sauce for Beef  rice bowl.

At 12.00 open resto,today dessert out in the resto 36 pax,and close resto  at 13.30,we direct general cleaning ,after that we break and eating together.Chef Aldino showed us to how cut salmon.at 17.30 we one line and prayers and back to home.
