Hallo guys back to my blog,as usual wil twll you form came to kitchen until go back to home.I got section soup,the menu for today is "Tom Yam Goong" thailand food.After that we one line in the kitchen ,absent and prayers together.While waiting Chef Aldino we back section prepared.we set up ingredients for soup ,tomatoes,fish meatball and shrimp,and mushroom.
After that Chef aldino come and while one line come back,as usual Chef Aldino explaind menu for today.After we back section,and we made Tom Yam Goong , before that we saute lemon gress and ginger for Tom Yam Goong.Tom Yam Goong taste spachy Soup Tom Yam Goong thailand cuisine menu.After that we explaind in the restaurant and office.
At 12.00 open resto,Today soup out as much 35 pax today all everything went well.at 13.30 close resto.We genral cleaning .as usual while waiting floor to dry we eat together .after that we oneline and back to home
